Having purchased three jaguars and potentially a fourth within a 3yr period,I experienced a tremendous disapointing experience in that Warren Henry used car dept, Was not willing to make any effort to satify me in honoring circumstances that would have made the vehicle in question a safe vehicle to operate, Having purchased 3 vehicles prior, Having had difficulty in the past with service and other issues, We continued to have hope in Warren Henry, With what i would consider a paltry sum of money in terms of what amount of business we have conducted with Warren Henry, I feel personally insulted, And can assure Warren Henry That my wife and I will never again conduct any future business with your organization and would never reccomend anyone we personnaly know to ever consider any business dealings with Warren Henry used cars, We have done extensive research and as a result discovered certain pricing realities and have come to realise that we could have done better, But we are not going to complain, But certainly will not consider Your establishment again when we purchase our next vechiles. I personally think the business practices have been less than honest and believe that as a result of three prior purchases, Thatwe would have been entitled to a consideration in regards to a 4th purchase, Especially when the issues in question were a matter of making a vehicle safe to operate, But the salesperson, Carlos Kipershmit chose to insult me by insisting that making the vechile safe as he stated, That I probably wqas right, This after sending to him a comprehensive technician report from a certified jaguar technician, of which i paid 2 hrs of inspection at jaguar Naples, upon sending the report to my sales person, was told that the cost of parts, totaling 1438.00 plus labor was absolutely out of the question, Now having transacted well over one hundred thousand dollars of business in three years, I found this to be a insult and a personal affrontage. I am terribly disapppointed and deeply regret this situation.
