I bought a 2000 trooper from crest and was trying to trade it for the maxima. The salesman in the lot "Clide?" gave us a price for the maxima of $21+K and when we sat down with Lewis, he made our trooper worth nothing(7K) and he changed the maxima price to 25K. Not only he had a bad attitude toward his customers, we felt we were insulted.
