Completely unsatisfactory service at Freedom Ford (Norfolk, VA) Body Shop.
My mustang was left w/ this dealer at the request of Geico, to have repairs for a hit and run. Very minor damage. Pictures available. Dealer claimed to have the car ready last Thurs (5/22), however the job was NOT complete, with a dent still present. The car was left, and at 0730 Fri I receved a call the car was done. I was able to get the car at 1730. dent was repaired. It was only after the car was on the road that we noticed the turn signals were not working properly. Upon lifting the hood, we discovered that the cables were hanging loose rather than connected, believed to be incident to repairing the front bumper. We called Tracy Walley at the dealer who tried to convince me that the bulbs were burned out, even though the disconnected cables were clearly visible. I was also promised a call back first thing this am when she talked to the manager. This has not happened. Very, Very dissatisfied.
