Bought a Envoy in 1/2008(used) in 11/2008 it needed service. Put less than 10,000 miles on it. We accepted their price, while talking to another mechanic, looked at our slip. The part cost 150.00 they charged over 400.00. The labor should have been about an hour, they charged us over 400.00 in labor. Total of 835.00. They cheat and steal from their customers.DO NOT BUY FROM LANCE!!!
