Comments We went in to make a deal on a sorrento. The deal was set, but they only had grey. We left. WE got a call that they had now "found a red one" and would honor the deal on that one. We went back in only to find out that they would not... and the price was up almost $2000. higher. The manager not only said that 'that's as good as I can do' but he actually closed his door on us. Wow. We got another call saying they would honor it. but when broken down on paper it was still $50 a month more than the worksheet from the day before, which somehow "disappeared". Good attitude for sales. so...we will never buy or lease from serpa kia again. Don't believe the ads about Serpa man. You are only as good as those who work for you.

Comments I found this dealership to have the best prices as compared to the same make (Kia) at other Kia dealerships. The people were courteous and gave me great service on my Sorento. The service department was prompt and have taken great care of me with my routine maintenence. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Comments I just wanted to let you know that the dealers service department where I purchased my car has been absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! They are Serpa Automotive Group in Visalia, CA. I have had many problems with my car in the short amount of time that I have had it and they have not made the service process easy for me. I would not recommend ANYONE to buy a Suzuki vehicle because of these problems. I also have a friend that owns one and has had the same problems. I have made several attempts to contact Frank Serpa (the owner) personally and I do not get a response. The person I deal with in the service department there is Javier. He usually blames the problems on Suzuki warranty services. He says they give him the run around, but he is also to blame. He never returns my calls, and puts me on hold for a long time when I call. Please address this matter as it is probably turning away a lot of your business and runing your reputation. Justin & Amber Mcfall unhappy customers
