I just wanted to let you know that the dealers service department where I purchased my car has been absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! They are Serpa Automotive Group in Visalia, CA. I have had many problems with my car in the short amount of time that I have had it and they have not made the service process easy for me. I would not recommend ANYONE to buy a Suzuki vehicle because of these problems. I also have a friend that owns one and has had the same problems. I have made several attempts to contact Frank Serpa (the owner) personally and I do not get a response. The person I deal with in the service department there is Javier. He usually blames the problems on Suzuki warranty services. He says they give him the run around, but he is also to blame. He never returns my calls, and puts me on hold for a long time when I call. Please address this matter as it is probably turning away a lot of your business and runing your reputation.
