After the sale, everything went downhill. There was work "promised to be performed at the time of sale" on the 2002 Volvo V20 I bought. Six days later, I am still waiting for the work to be completed. Scott, the salesman never returned calls. The Sales Mgr. Lionel made the comment - you only paid $9000 for the car. Now he is making excuses. Recommendation - AVOID THIS DEALER
