I was verbally promised a second key for the used Tribute that I bought. When I went to get the car tags, I was told that I would be charged for the key. I did not receive any support from their management. I would not recommend dealing with these folks. The salesman was very nice and fair. It's the sales manger that leave a lot to be desired. I was steered to them by word of mouth. I will likewise try to steer folks the other way.
