a year ago we attempted to buy a jeep rubicon there but the salesmen were inexperienced and we knew more about the jeep than they did and the price was higher than any other dealership in Houston therefore we went to DeMontrand and bought the jeep for the price we were willing to pay. We took our jeep recently to Deerbrook for a 9000 mile check and to do some warranty work. We told them exactly what we wanted done and they did the work plus changed our oil (which we did not request as we had changed it the day before with Royal Purple). We ended up paying the highest price we have ever paid for the oil, which we did not want. A supervisor called us about a week later and told us she would have a manager call us in the next few days-no one has called, has been over a month now. As well as the warranty work (they ordered a new black wheel bumper) has never been done as they told us they would call us and that was over a month ago. All in all an experience we plan not to repeat by letting all we know regarding the dealership and us not returning.
