this was the first time that i had purchased a new car. I wated one month and twenty nine days for the DC license plate that the dealership was going to get for me, during that time I phoned 355 toyota five times to see if the license plate was in, and was told no each time, then one day before my temporary tags expired 355 told me that my license plates had been sitting in their showroom office for five weeks, and I had one day to pick them up. When I complained about this problem the entire office and sales force acted as if it was no big deal as they had "mailed a notice five weeks ago" (nevermind that I obviously had not received their mailed notice since I was phoning several times a week. I am not sure if I will buy another Toyota, but I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH 355 AGAIN.
