I was contacted by this dealership stating I was approved for a loan and they would give me a certain amount for my trade in. When it came time to do the deal I was continuously put on hold, ignored, avoided, and lied to by the manager. I finally confronted the salesperson after waiting for over 5 hours. He informed me that I was no longer approved for a loan, and he will give me five thousand less for my trade. He then proceeded to call me a liar to my face and said I was a waste of his time. The manager answered the phone and just put it down on his desk for 15 minutes while I spoke. This is not the way you treat customers. They contacted ME, not the other way around. I will not be insulted by a dealership that is seeking MY business
