After I tried to get a part repaired that was installed at their service department, I had a 20 minute phone encounter with the condescending service technician who informed me that there was nothing wrong with my car. When I first entered the garage, I heard the same guy arguing with another customer about how they hadn't screwed up her car either. That should have been an early indication for me. Also, they installed a $15 thermostat in my car for $350.00. Needless to say, I will not be returning there.
