when purchasing my vehichle they had told me that they were putting all new brakes on my explorer. about a month later, i took it in because my brakes were making some noise. my estimate was $345 dollars for new front brakes. when i confronted them about the situation they said a service guy had messed up and overlooked my work order for the brakes. anyway they fixed them for no charge. well again i have noise with my brakes and this time it's in the back. took it in to a place this weekend and $365 for rear brakes. the guy told me that the original breaks were on the vehichle. so bob bowen in brazil lied to me twice about putting breaks on my car. i'm tempted to go and there and have them fix my back brakes for free, but i would rather spend money and do it myself instead of letting them touch my car again. i may be in the minority, i don't know, but bowen ford in brazil has been very shady in the way they have done business with me. i will never go back there again and would never advise anyone to go there either.
