Contacted Longo Toyota to replace a timing belt. Was told by Victor in the Service Dept there was a discount. It would only cost $269.. I mentioned something about replacing the water pump at the same time? (Pep Boys had said they could do it for free). Victor said there probably would be no need to do that. My truck has only 80,000 miles. My husband who maintains the vehicle wholeheartedly agreed since it never overheats or anything Once they had the vehicle, they called me. According to Victor, the waTer pump was "leaking like crazy". He also said they coudl replace some driving belts and a thermostat. I said ok I guess - but make sure they give me the old water pump and belts to me since I really did not trust the whole thing at this point. When I arrived the dealer, found out they had aldo done another bogus thing. Avoid them - they are definitely the old school dealership - really sleazy!! Will not go back there again!

Longo Toyota was very professional and quickly sent me a complete email quote with price breakdowns and out-the-door price as I requested. The Internet Sales Manager Adam Chi was very professional, but their final price was over $150 higher than the out-the-door price of the Dealer in which I eventually purchased the vehicle from (Claremont Toyota.) Adam Chi of Longo Toyota is courteous and friendly and is willing to work with customers to make them a reasonable and good offer. Although I purchased my car elsewhere I will call Longo Toyota next time I’m shopping for a Toyota.
