I just got off the phone with a person in your organization name Arch. Not only was he rude to me, he was condescending and very unsympathetic. I am a Disabled Veteran with congestive heart failure and server panic disorder. I asked Arch could he give me an idea whether not if I could get a car based on the information I gave him. I told Arch that I have a 2005 Ford F150 XLT Super Crew in excellent condition. Also, I told him that I owe approximately $26,000 on it. I also told he that I have a voucher from Capital One Bank for up to $30,000. I asked Arch could he give me an idea whether or not I could get a car and he same he could not because he did not want to get into that. Get into what? Was my question too far from the ordinary? I just do not understand why he could not give me an idea whether or not if I could get a car. My question is a typical question to ask someone in the auto business isn't it? Why can't I catch a break here? I am on oxygen 24/7 and it is very difficult to get around. Damn'it, I can't even get dress without help!!!! I get around on a scooter and I can't drive from Huntington to Danville, WV by myself Mr. Arch!!! Do I have to explain everything I do to you just to by a car from Arch. I will report this to Car Dealers Review and BBB and to anyone else who will listen.
