I bought a pre-owned car a year and a half ago. I have documentation that says it is "Certified Pre-Owned". Since then the air conditioning, master cylinder, back brake cylinders, and the transmission have failed. They did not do what they were suppose to about the certification so I am stuck...and I am still making payments.

the service was so poor they lost a client over a $90 part and $140 laber fee. All because a pipe broke while on my way home and they say it was sliced by someone, no one in their human way could have done what had broke! A person who works on f16's figured that out but some how the bev smith ford mechanics could not figure that out. Complete dumbness and for the safety of others... I dont recommend them!!!!!!!!
