This was the worse experience of my life! The salesman had no knowledge of the vehicle, Their third party sunroof installer caused damage to vehicle unable to be corrected, they contracted another third party to cover up damage. We told them not to use that company , they promised not to, when we signed deal they took it there anyway. Faulkner Hanover did not and has not offered compensation for deprecation of vechile, or damages. General manager refused to resolve issue or to satisfy customer, he was very rude and belittling. He talked around concerns and issues, we were so unhappy and disgusted with him, we asked for another contact with Faulkner, we were told he was the only one. We will never do business with them ever! The 2007 GMC Acadia has been in the shop 11 plus times in the past year. Buyer beware!!!! You don't want the hassel of this dealership or repeated repair on the same thing.
