A note to inform you how wonderfully satisfied I am with my NEW Rubicon! It is a pleasure to drive, and 4 wheeling is a new experience. Also, I wanted to tell you what a big help Phil Brissi was in all the decisions. I wanted to tell you this, while fresh on my mind and I think it is important in this day in time to compliment jobs well done. Phil was so helpful in helping me make decisions. He has a huge knowledge base about this 4wheel drive stuff. He was everything that I would want the person selling me a vehicle to be. I was informed, facts were laid out up front, true to his word, just a true pleasure to do business with. He is a big asset to your team.
Speaking of team, I think you are on the right track. It is so nice to do business with a place that still values customer service. In this day in time, that is going to be the reason why people come back. Chris Allen was crucial in getting all the parts on the vehicle and doing so in a timely matter and not cutting corners.
