It took them three weeks to diagnose a check engine light. After they lost the paperwork and finally released the vehicle to me it became apparent that the transmission was about to tear itself apart after the supposed maintenance. Now the staff will not return my phone calls or queries about my vehicle. Further, they have offered no apologies or explanations for their gross incompetence. It is truly unfortunate that there is such a limited selection of service providers (Jeep Dealerships) on the island of Oahu. Otherwise, I would have gone to another location months ago. I went in thinking they would at least give me a good deal on my trade HUH NO WAYS they said id have to come up with at least 8-10,000 down payment. If I had that kind of money to put down I would have just paid off the car that i have now and get another car. We just wanted to get the hell out of there. Then they started to call everyday pushing us to buy the van. Ohh and it was a used van I may add. Never again will I go Back there. Id rather go back to honda windward they helped me and they didnt push and ask for a ridiculous down payment. I got a family to think about. But all there thinking is how much can the rob you for.
