i bought my car last year a 2004 nissan maxima for 23,000 i got no break on the ticketed price after i had the car 2 weeks they called me to tell me they were no longer going to finance me.after i got my lawyer involved it was completly there fault.many issues dealing with service dept.poor customer service.never helpful.i now have had my car just about a year and ive already had to replace all tires, brakes and rotors and when i went to drive my car today i have a major oil leak god knows what this could be.heres one little example on how they screw there customers i went into service to see if they could take the glass out in front of my navigation screen due to dust inside they told me it would cost me 350.00 to have them remove clean and put back i left. i then took it to a family friend to see if he knew how to do it he said sure took it out clean it and put it back it took literally 30 sec and they were tryinh to charge me close to 400.00 for it dont buy from them i wouldnt even send my worst enemy it makes me sick i payed 23,000 for a vehical and get this type of service and problems with my car

My 06 infiniti sounds terrible. It has been in for service 3X for this problem and it never gets fixed. It is extremely frustrating to drive a new car that needs continuous service.

sent me the car with a loud exhaust noise. Said it didn,t exist when left dealership. Yea sure. It did;t happen on the transport truck,no way. Be careful ,don't take their word for anything , like I did.
