They quoted $250 service charge and when we picked up the car they insisted they told us $1500 but we were "lucky" they were able to get it down to $900. When I protested they said they'd put a lien on the car if I did not pay cash. The owner was worse to deal with than the service dept who made the mistake. Beware of this company they are scammers.
