These mechanics Receive a Substantial Commission on ALL Parts Sold on the lift every month to the unsuspecting customer, over their high hourly costs. They also keep an extensive folder of your vehicle loaded with written past lies on unneeded repairs. Go everywhere else, get 3-4 opinions, and save a lot of money. We locals refer to these crooks as "Double Cross Motors." I will never return. One visit is too many. One star is too many!

I had my car in for a 4 wheel alignment with them and when I came back to pick it up they said they couldn't do it because it need shims and a bolt was rusted. and all these problems. To do it they wanted $425 bucks. but thats not the worst part of the sham they still insisted I pay them the 69.95 for their time of doing no work on the car.... When I refused to pay they wouldn't give me my keys. I had to call the cops to get my keys back.. What a Rip off. Stay away from these guys Please....

we have had nothing but problems with the service department. I feel that they are out to squeeze evry dollar from you and doesn't promote owners to want to buy a chrysler or jeep product. Charging $200 for changing 6 spark plugs $125 for the plugs and a $70 som odd diagnostics charge you should be embarrased.
