I leased an 07 Honda Accord on 1/3/07.....Agreed upon payment and signed contract....2 weeks later they called me to come into dealership, I was thinking I was going to pick up title paperwork. They let me sit in showroom for 1 hour to tell me they had made a mistake on my payoff of my 05 CRV that I traded in the tune of $2,000. Why did it take 2 weeks to let me know about this???? I told them on the 3rd that I could not make a payment much more than what I was already paying which was $386.35, I agreed to $427....and that was pushing it with my budget. My salesman also got fired the night I purchased new vehicle...I was not told the reason why. Now my payments are $464.00 and quite frankly, I don't see how I can make this payment monthly. If I had known about this the next day, I would have not purchased vehicle and kept my CRV....they also promised me $300 check would be mailed next day to me......haven't seen that yet. Called my Salesman, Drew Shafer on 1/26/07 and asked him if he remembered about that conversation with Sales Manager and he told me yes but that Manager was in a meeting and Drew would have to call me back......never heard a word back from him or manager. Drew told me he had tried to call me but didn't get an answer.....that's bull, I have caller ID and didn't show up on it. I didn't have to sign new contract but I'm an honest person and wanted to make things right with them......Quite frankly, I would like to get my CRV back and Victory can have Honda Accord I bought. It's 1/29/07 and I still haven't gotten my title work for plates and also my first payment is due 2/3/07. It's not like this was my first Honda, in all, I have purchased 5 Hondas and also talked my sister and brother-in-law into both buying one and they also had a very bad experience with your dealership. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Victory Honda!!!!!!
