I asked to see the invoice for the car several times and even though they had promised on the phone they never showed it to me. We haggled price but all that time and effort was thrown out when I went in to see the finance lady and it was a much higher price. They told me I would get $2500 on my trade in but when I looked at the receipt i had only received $500. Then they sold me a service policy which zi tried to cancel 2 days later and was told there was a $200 charge to do so. Something they had not mentioned before I bought it. My efforts to get some relief when ignored. I have met 2 salesmen since and told my unhappy story and they promised to research and call me but they never did. I do not recommend this place at all. The usage of such over the top language causes credibility issues for the complaint itself. Rather than bad mouthing the Wade organization,I will simply say I am disappointed at the level of integrity displayed by CJ Wade in general. CJ's father Stephen is a very good man. He is a man of great great character and integrity. I hope his posterity will live their lives such that his name is no longer besmirched. My salesman was pushy, and when he couldnt close me on a payment that I could not afford he brought down CJ Wade (Stephen wade's son) the GM, and owner to pressure me further. What a joker that kid is. At Stephen Wade Auto center they care about one thing. The sale. There service center is also way over priced but that is a story for a different day.
