I was contacted by one of their sales people via email and the header graphic was very unprofessional. Attention to detail is very important when selling cars. People don't like to drop money into something unless they know they will be treated with the utmost professionalism. The email I received had a generic dealership template that they didn't even bother to fill out before emailing to a potential customer. Instead they laughably left it as "Dear customer, I "Salesperson" would like to thank you, "customer first name last name"..blah blah blah. How can anyone take a dealership seriously that doesn't even bother to ensure they give a professional first appearance to their customers. I should have replied: "Dear salesperson, this is Mr. firstname lastname and I am interested in a piece of metal with 4 wheels, some brakes, and an engine." I even replied to the salesman that sent it telling him of his error and received back no response at all, not even 5 hours later and they promise to give fast and reliable service. Unacceptable!
