A lousy dealership. I put a deposit on a used car with the understanding that said deposit would hold the car for me, but when I came to finalize the deal and get it, the salesman had sold it to someone else. I called before I came and he never told me on the phone that he had sold it to someone else and it was gone. When I got there, I had no choice but to buy the only model of hte same type and year that was left because, as the salesman knew, I had sold my old car and had to have another immediately. The car that was left had 5,000 more miles on it than the one I had picked out and deposited on. I asked the salesman for a lower price since I was not getting a comparable vehicle and he refused. He also would not give me any information on my finaicing until I signed the purchase agreement. He wouldn't tell me the interest rate on the loan or anything. I think that was highly illegal. I had bought my previous vehicle from another Ford dealership and they went over EVERYthing before I signed anything. I cannot believe the way Tamiami conducts business. The salesman knew he had me over the barrel and he took advantage of that fact. He was only interested in making a sale, not in customer satisfaction or good customer service. Actually, I don't think he knows what the words "customer service" mean.

Salesman LIED to my wife who was in town alone, convinced her to provide $2,000 deposit, did not have a vehicle we wanted, yet they kept the deposit!!
