I had my car towed to Mancaris to be serviced for an antifreeze leak. When the mecanic checked the car for a diagnosis, he told me that there might be some damage to the engine due to pollutants and because it was driven overheated. He gave me the total for about $3,000. I had let him know when I first took in the car that I had an extended warranty, and I gave him the number. He didn't even call!! He came to his own conclusions about the coverage, without even consulting my extended warranty. I had to call every day for about 2 weeks to find out the status of the car and claim. Finally after calling my warranty and Mancaris dozens of times, the warranty covered everything and the total for the repairs ended up being about $1500!!! When I picked up the car it was dirty and almost empty on gas!! The mecanic was not helpful at all, and I truly believe that they were trying to scam me out of my money!!!
