Getting them to do warranty work is next to impossible. They will try every excuse in the book to convience you it's not covered by the warranty. Even on a new $55,000 truck!
It took them two months to payoff my old car. The only reason I found out was the bank called wanting their payment. I was shocked to learn that they were holding my car for sale on their lot when they still had not paid off the bank. When they did make the payoff payment it was for the wrong amount which I ended paying the difference so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore.
Any dealership will give you the same price for the same car. Shop some where else the service here is terrible!
