I have used this service a least 10 times and have never not had a problem. It is a local shop and although the quality of the work has been acceptable the service is terrible. I receive surveys for my opinion each time rating it poor with promises of contact from management and have never been called. Why even pay for the customer feedback service. At this time I am looking for a new place to buy and service my vechile. I will also be contacting Ford directly this time.
