they quote me one price on friday but i couldnt take the papers cause they said the bank was still working the numbers. i gave the the amount that i could afford a month and told the no more.but when i went back on wed my payments went up cause i didnt have the down payment and when they said they detail my new car they didnt even wash the car or even vacuum my car out . ithink all they did is put a nast smell air fresher in the car. i went back to complain about the smell the sale person did say hi but got his boss out there , his boss would smell it the only he told me that they would detail my car. i would never bought another car from them i would tell everybody dont do it all they care about its making the quote each wk or each month

After salesperson gave us one price quote-only $500 off list price of a brand-new car (we have exc. credit by the way), mgr. came over after making us wait 45 min. and said "we can't do that, can only come down $200". We left, went to Mazda dealer in Austin and they came down $1,500.
