Everybody at Hurd is ALWAYS on vacation.
They'll tell you it's 'All about the service" -- yep. The lip service. Long enough to cash your check. Don't try and get them to fix anything under warranty or honor the promise of a loner car (remember that in the literature)? or a shuttle service -- they'll just give you a blank stare.
My car disappeared for an extra day and turned up with an extra 100 miles on it and an empty gas tank. (Funny, too, just when the Sox were in town)!
Someone later admitted taking it to Boston.
Too bad.
The sales guy is a decent fellow.
