The service department seems more than accomodating, but the sales people are truly scum bags. I'm financing a truck (not even 2 months into the loan) and I'm up to $1,700 in services that needed to be done to the truck. Please do your research and shop elsewhere - every dealer has what they have in terms of inventory but they don't care what happens after you pull it out of the lot. The sales manager actually told me that it was store policy NOT TO be held liable for ANYTHING they sell you! Go ask them yourself!
