Over two weeks of broken promises on an already signed purchase and sales agreement. I never received delivery of the said vehicle(Explorer/Moutaineer). Not very hard to ask deliver.Well that's what I thought. And I have yet to receive my deposit. So far the end result is I passed up several good deals because I expected delivery. I would never recommend this dealer to any sensible buyer.
