They told me that they don't have it with all options I was looking for. Basically they had bi-xenon or navigation but not both. I wanted both. They told me nobody else has it with both options in United States or on the way and the one they were going to sell to me was the only one with the color I wanted and navigation. I wasn't too happy, but what the heck I can always add the aftermarket bi-xenon. To make story short, with only one car available, they don't want to negotiate and gave me the MSRP. The sales person was okay, but the damn finance guy that make the decision on the pricing is an A**Hole. I gave him the price I wanted, he won't even lower or at least reduce the price somewhere in the middle. He also kept telling me to look at him when he was talking. I was like what the f***. We wasted about 3hrs for nothing, this was including the test drive,etc. I left and about to punch this motherf*****. I went home for a bit and decided to stop by at SouthBayMB. Guess what, they had one with all options that I was looking for, it was still on the water. I was like fine, I'd wait. Waited for one week and got the price below invoice and options I wanted. Done deal. F*** Fletcher Jones Newport, told me no car available anywhere, well I got one and driving it now. FJ MB just cares about money and not service or customer satisfaction.
