I recently purchased a brand new 2009 Cadillac CTS from your dealership and so far, I had all of my scheduled maintenance performed at your location. Approximately, 2 weeks ago I hit a curb and ruined my tire. I called your parts department and inquired about purchasing a new tire. The parts department personnel advised me that I had to pre-pay for the tire. In addition, the tire price quoted over the phone was significantly lower than the price I received when I got to the store. Yes, I was quoted a higher price for the tire once I got to the parts department. Despite the higher price, I paid for the tire.
After leaving Levis, I called Cadillac of Metairie and I received a quote for the tire cheaper than the quote I received from Levis. At that point, I called Levis and demanded my money back. The receptionist was very rude and nasty over the phone. She yelled, raised her voice, put me on hold and failed to ask me to hold on. Of course, after maintaining my calm, I was done with your company.
I feel I was treated unfair, rude and disrespected. After making two purchases from your dealership and patronizing your service department, I had to go to the Metairie dealership to purchase my tire and have my vehicle serviced. I have all of my receipts to prove it. With that said, I will take my business elsewhere. Soon I will make my third Cadillac purchase and the sale will not come from Levis. You have indeed lost a good customer and all of my family and friends. It is unfortunate I cannot shop in my neighborhood nevertheless; I will go the extra thirty-five plus miles for good customer service.
