After dealing with them for 10+ years due to a family connections, I negotiated a 15K lease but they wrote up a 12K lease to make it look better. My bad, I trusted them to do the paperwork right, and I went $1000 over the mileage limit. The salesman said he would "make it right" but after two months "the check is in th mail." I would NEVER deal with them again. To boot, their service manager is nasty. I can get better deals anywhere else in the valley. If you are close to Conn. boarder, consider Danbury dealers.
