Comments Bought a BRAND NEW Nissan Murano and next day noticed it had a few minor scratches brought it back to be detailed they called me and said they needed to keep the car a few days. car was given back to me 1000x worse than it was and had body work done to it. My brand new car was in a accident when they had it and they tried to hide it. I now have a new car that has 2 different paint jobs and they are telling me there is nothing they can do for me..... This place is a joke. My case is now in consumer affairs I refuse to let them get away with this!

Comments DON’T TRUST THEM~~ In August, 2010 I purchased a used 2008 Nissan Rogue from Atlantic Nissan. I purchased a used car from the dealership because I assumed that they inspected their cars before placing them on the lot and I thought I was purchasing a safe car. Well I was wrong. Two months later I had a blow out on the PA turnpike and just thought it was a normal occurrence but I was wrong. Atlantic Nissan sells dangerous cars from their used car lot and they don't do anything to help their customers when it is discovered. I also brought the car in because the radio had a short in and would turn off and not go back on until I turned the car off and on again. Of course, Nissan said there was nothing wrong with it. It was never fixed and kept occurring. There was also a short in the alarm and sometimes the remote wouldn’t work. Well one would think no big deal use the key except the key would not unlock the door. Of course, Nissan tried to fix it and it was never fixed. I was told...what did you do to the key??? In May, only nine months after purchasing the car I brought it in to Nissan because it was making a horrible noise in the front passenger wheel well. Mind you I had only put 8,000 miles on the car, well to my dismay I needed all new tires, brakes and rotors (for the 4 wheels), and all new belts in the engine. I have the service report from their own dealership which states all that. Well when I called and found out what was wrong with the car I was told the brakes were so bad that they can not let me pick the car up without getting them done, it was too dangerous. So I call the used car manager. What a joke. He was so rude and nasty. He told me he was doing nothing for me because he didn't know how I drive and I probably caused it. I asked how could I have caused all that and he wouldn't respond. Then I find out from the service manager that the rotors are also cracked. I have spoken to several mechanics and they said it was impossible to crack the rotors without smelling something burning and there was no way that 8,000 miles would crack rotors. I then told the service manager that used sales was not doing anything for me. He said that the brakes were so dangerous and he understood what I was going through that he would replace the brakes, not rotors, for free and I could come back later for everything else. Only reputable person at Nissan was the service manager. I then attempt to speak with the general manager of Atlantic Nissan. Surprisingly, he never returned a single call after several messages. Well now I feel unsafe in my car so I go there thinking maybe they will do something. They said I paid too much for Rogue that they can not do anything except roll some of the money I owe into a new car. I thought about it and decided I had no choice. If after 8,000 miles the Rogue was already having so many problems what else would go wrong. Well the prices they were quoting was unbelievable so I requested that they do something better. They refused to do better. They did offer to pay for the tire I replaced...oh wow! I relied on my car for work everyday and I couldn't risk driving something dangerous. In May I purchased a new Altima, and while it hasn't giving me any problems so far, it is not a car I would have chosen to purchase. It was the only car they were willing to work it. When I purchased the Rogue I had purchased an extended warranty, a warranty that would not cover any of the problems with the car, and was to receive part of the price back since I turned in the Rogue. Well I waited from May until November to get the money back. Atlantic Nissan has been nothing but deceitful, disingenuous and has shown me that they don't care at all about their reputation or their customers. They sell dangerous cars off their lot, cars that have numerous mechanical and safety issues and refuse to assist their customers. Comments I went to Atlantic Auto Mall on 11/28/11 to look at used cars. When I was there, they found a 2005 Pathfinder which was perfect for what I was looking for and I was trading in my 2004 Jeep Liberty. When I test drove the Pathfinder it felt like it was kicking into gear hard, the salesman, Myron, assured me the car was perfect and it was just the way I drive. In addition, the cup holder was out and he said that when they detailed the car they would put it in... he also told me the warranty would be for 5 years, but when it came down to numbers, it was only for 3 years. The day after I bought the car, I went in to get it detailed, I was promised a rental car for the day, but once I got there, they said I could not have one, so I waited two hours for a horrible detail job. in addition, my father requested a CarFax which stated that the car had been in an accident prior. On December 1st I brought the car back in to be re-detailed and for them to look at it again, since it was still not kicking into gear right, also my CD player was broken. Two days later my car was ready and the salesman, Myron, told me there is nothing wrong with the car, and again, it is the way I drive. and that they would have to wait for my warranty to kick in for them to fix my CD player, the salesman, Myron also went onto say, I should just go buy a new radio for the car anyway. and he told me the cup holder was not the right one, and that’s what you get for buying a used car. On December 14th I received a phone call from the finance company for my trade in stating that the payment was past due, I explained to them that the car was traded and was suppose to be paid off... apparently it had not been as of yet. Once I received that call, I called back the dealership and spoke with the manager, Paul, to tell him I was not happy with the way this deal was handled and that I wanted the car to be looked at again, since it was still not kicking into gear right, the heat took 20 mins to kick on, and I wanted my CD player fixed. He told me to bring the car in. On December 15th I brought the car in to be looked at. On December 16th I received a call from the service manager, Rob, stating that the transmission and radiator are shot and they need to be replaced ASAP and the car can not be driven or it would break down. He told me to come in for a rental and they would fix it, but it would take over a week. That Saturday, December 17th, I went in to get the rental and to speak with the manager, Rob, in regards to the fact that they sold me a lemon and I would like to get something else, since I don’t trust that the car I purchased would be fixed completely, and I was not happy that they sold me a car with a bad transmission and radiator. I also mentioned that I was upset that they did not tell me the car was in a accident before I bought it, which I thought under the Consumer Fraud Act, they were obligated to do so. the Salesman, Myron, went onto say, I did not ask, so he did not tell me... After Speaking further with Paul, the manager, about how I do not want the lemon they sold me, he stated I can trade it in...FOR $3500 LESS THEN I BOUGHT IT FOR!! he said that is the trade in value and that is what they will give me. So if I don’t want to loose $3500 I have to stay with this car, which I am not happy about and I do not feel safe being in, he stated they there is nothing else they can do, and the car is mine. The next day, I received a phone call from the new finance company stating that the new loan amount is $5.00 more a month then the finance guy, Troy, said it would, ultimately costing me an additional $300.00 over the course of the loan... so I am paying way to much in aggregation for this Lemon that they sold me... and according to the manager, I am stuck with it. As of Today, January 3, 2012, i still do not have my car back and accoridng to the service dept, it will be at least another week...

Comments the service department sucks!!!!! I went for an inspection they try to push services that are not needed. my 2008 Nissan has 22.000 miles and they tried to sell me the 30.000 miles service maintenance, front and back brakes and rotors adjustment for a mere $1,500.00. what a sham

No one wants to work there just walk around like the idiots that they are. They damaged my car I'm waiting almost 2 months for a piece of molding and an extra key so now they know who I am. Not even a phone call they got my money already right? They're done with me. They will NEVER KEEP CUSTOMERS because they have no sense to treat people the way you would like to be treated!!!!!!!!

Comments This company ripped me off by telling me the car was a higher model than it really was, the finance jerk Stan then ripped me of $1295 for tire warranty after saying it came with the regular warranty and wasn't extra, now they are giving me a hard time about canceling the extended warranty even though I have 60 days, they can't comprehend how to print out a receipt saying when it was canceled. When tried calling I was told I was speaking to a manager when it wasn't and then was hung up on multiple times. Worst auto dealer ever!!! They are thieves!

Comments i dealt with dave who after i explained to him that i have purchased 2 hyundai's and don't want to be played around with, he continued to play around with and then got loud with me and i said i didn't want to deal with him anymore and he said, "I DON'T CARE, YOU THINK I CARE...I DON'T CARE" and then the sales manager was nasty after i didn't want to deal with them anymore.....very terrible experience

Comments They totally took advantage of my 80 year old father. He was told that he was financing $7,000.00 and signed the papers. When he got the payment book in the mail from the bank....it was for almost $19,400.00! Total rip off....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES!
